Terms of Service 1. What We Build (Front-End Only) Henderson Studio builds front-end only (the "look and feel"). We do NOT provide custom backend services, database management, or private user login systems. We specialize in visual interfaces and interactive landing pages. 2. Ownership of the Site Full ownership of the website is transferred to the client only after all build payments are completed. Until that time, Henderson Studio retains all rights to the website. If any required subscription, hosting, or ongoing payments are not maintained, Henderson Studio reserves the right to revoke the client’s usage rights and reclaim control of the website and associated website until all outstanding payments are resolved. 3. Hosting & The "1k View" Rule Hosting is "Free" only as long as your site stays under 1,000 views per month. • If you exceed 1,000 views, you agree to pay the monthly usage fees listed in our Pricing section. • Cloud Media: Media-heavy sites (lots of photos/videos) requires Cloud-Based Media. Plan to ensure fast loading and reliable delivery. • If a payment (for views or domains) is missed, a Venmo request will be sent. You have 30 days to pay, or your website may be temporarily suspended until resolved. 4. Revisions & Assets You must provide all text and images for the site. We are not responsible for copyright issues on things you send us. Revisions are limited to the amount listed in your chosen package. 5. No Refunds & No Disputes All payments are final and non-refundable once work has started. By paying, you agree not to dispute the charges for services rendered. 6. No Liability Henderson Studio is not liable for any damages, losses, or issues resulting from the use of the website. We are not responsible for hosting outages, third-party service failures, or site performance issues once delivered. 7. Termination of Service We reserve the right to end our service and take down your website at any time if these terms are violated or if payments are ignored. 8. Portfolio Rights We reserve the right to show off your website in our "Recent Work" section as a portfolio piece unless you request otherwise in writing. 9. Data Collection We do not share, sell, or collect any data of yours beyond what is necessary to build your project. 10. Third-Party Services & Accounts If your website requires third-party services (e.g., Booking apps, Analytics, Email marketing), the client is responsible for creating those accounts and maintaining their respective fees. Henderson Studio will integrate these tools using the ID or API keys provided by the client. 11. Storage & CMS Responsibility For websites utilizing Google Sheets or Google Drive as a Content Management System (CMS), all data storage and usage limits are the responsibility of the client. Henderson Studio is not responsible for data loss or service interruptions caused by the client's Google account limits or settings.
